FACTFIND REVIEWERS OR PARAPLANNERS – L4 WITH PREVIOUS LIFE & PENSION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

£40K -£50K + Benefits 80% WFH (Manchester Area)
Our client, a leading financial services firm, seeks to recruit several Factfind Reviewers. Duties will include;
- Monitoring to ensure life assurance & pension sales are fully compliant to business & regulatory standards
- Assist in identifying where any remedial actions may need to be taken e.g. additional training
- Promote understanding of best customer outcomes, internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a CPD record in line with FCA requirements for regulated individuals
- Generate reports and summaries of thematic reviews/file assessments as requested by the Head of Compliance
- Ad hoc projects as required
You must have previous experience of factfind review and be Level 4 qualified with experience of reviewing Life Assurance and ideally Pensions Sales (possibly including Transfers – please note if so) – or else be a L4 qualified paraplanner looking to move into FF review. Excellent opportunity for permanent employment with well respected & progressive firm. NB the role is hybrid in Manchester (1d office; 4d pw WFH).
