Our client, a well known compliance consultancy, is recruiting a Field Advisor for their East of England client base. Carrying out a mix of advisory & monitoring work, whether at clients’ offices or from home depending on needs, duties include:
- Analysing client issues and assisting in problem solving via a consultative approach.
- Providing support to clients during times of regulatory and business change and updating firms of any relevant regulatory and/or legislative changes during visits.
- Producing and delivering accurate reports and action plans to provide clear, practical solutions to specific business needs for member firms to enable them to develop, monitor and maintain compliance standards to mitigate risks within their business.
- Ensuring delivery of T&C Services with effective delivery of training needs analysis, skills assessments, one to ones and development plans.
You must have a L4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent qualification and also CeMAP, with experience working in a regulatory/compliance environment with strong relationship building and exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
You must be prepared to travel up to 3-4 days per week (all fuel paid of course) in normal working hours with the rest working from home on a flexible basis (and benefits include 5 weeks holiday).
