Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Technical Helpdesk Manager. Duties will include:
- Advising IFAs and colleagues on financial product sales—investments, pensions, savings, tax and trust issues
- Assisting in improving the firm’s written support in these areas
- Attending industry events to promote the company’s services
- Executing ad‑hoc projects as required
You must be Level 4 qualified (and be willing to study for Level 6 with support if not yet taken) with solid knowledge of investments, pensions, savings, tax and/or trust issues. The role suits someone who is already in a Compliance position, an IFA salesperson or paraplanner, or a product provider (account manager or technical support) looking to move into such a role.
Excellent opportunity for permanent employment with a well‑respected and progressive firm. The role is hybrid in Manchester (1 day in office / 4 days per week WFH).
