We are looking for a recent graduate (ideally graduating in 2025) with a good degree in either Law, Economics, Finance or Mathematics. No previous compliance experience is needed, but a proven desire to break into Compliance and a genuine interest in AI is needed. The position is open to graduates based in travelling distance of London. You will work 3 days in the office and 2 at home. Salary up to £30k.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performing, supporting & enhancing monitoring and surveillance activities.
  • Managing, supporting and developing workflows and record keeping in respect of staff personal compliance obligations.
  • Supporting the efficient operation of compliance frameworks including for anti-financial crime, training, reporting, regulatory change and regulatory policies.
  • Supporting and participating in the activities for reviewing and approving financial promotions and account openings.
  • Participating in other activities including for advisory, regulatory change, operations and anti-financial crime as mandated by the Head of Compliance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Genuine interest in AI within financial services.
  • Proactive with motivation for high standards of delivery and desire to develop insights and technical skills across a range of business and regulatory topics and disciplines.
  • High standards of written and oral communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and foster productive professional relationships.
  • Affinity with technology and systems with a view to aiding efficiency and developing new workflows.
