THE COMPANY: An international market maker specialising in FX and commodities that provides liquidity across a variety of exchanges and trading platforms is currently looking to expand their London based compliance team with a new Compliance Manager. THE RESPONSIBILITIES: The Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, providing expert guidance on UK compliance matters. Support the Head of Compliance in day-to-day operations within the compliance function. Development of the firms compliance monitoring framework and delivery of the monitoring programme. Assist in the development, maintenance, and delivery of compliance-related materials, including policies, procedures and manuals. Cary out transaction monitoring and surveillance. Advise the businesses stakeholders on compliance-related matters and conduct standards. Assist with regulatory horizon scanning, interpreting regulations and implementing necessary changes EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 4 years of compliance experience, experience within a trading environment cover fx/commodities is essential Strong knowledge of relevant regulations in the financial services space in relation to derivatives transactions.
