Compliance Group Electrical is seeking a Trainee PAT Tester to join their team. If you’ve ever had the thought that it could be something you’d enjoy then we’d like to hear from you. You don’t need to be qualified as we’ll provide in-house training and ensure you’re fully supported along the way. If you’re based Tamworth and surrounding areas, this would be ideal. What’s important to us is that you enjoy travelling from site to site (must have a Full UK Driving License), have a strong work ethic and want a long-lasting career. You’ll be the ‘ambassador’ of our company, meeting clients face-to-face, so your ability to provide a high standard of customer service is important. What you receive for joining us: We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,571.00 per annum with 1/2hrs paid lunch included. In addition, we offer lots of overtime, a company vehicle, mileage allowance, a mobile phone or tablet, a company pension, 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, testing equipment and a uniform along with high street discounts. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing: You’re required to perform portable appliances testing to ensure that each item is safe to use, make fuse changes, plug replacements and re-terminations where necessary Microwave Emissions testing is also required Data submission is an integral part of the role, and all appliance testing must be done under the Code of Practice, 5th edition You must be happy to travel, managed your time effectively and provide a first-class client service Can you show experience in some of these areas?
