Here at Logic Fire & Security, we’re looking to hire an Office Administrator. You’ll join a forward-thinking business within a larger network of Fire & Security experts. What does this mean for you? We’re looking for a confident, organised administrator to support our growing team. You’ll be involved in everything from scheduling and customer communication to keeping our systems and diaries running like clockwork.
What you receive for joining us:
- Salary of £24,800–£26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays, and your birthday off.
- Company pension and full onboarding through our Logic Academy.
Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Answer incoming calls from customers, resolving queries or routing to the relevant department with professionalism and care.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and various documents, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Complete job calls via the company system and support invoicing processes to help keep operations running smoothly.
- Communicate with customers and engineers to ensure each job is clearly understood and carried out on the first visit.
Can you show experience in some of these areas:
- Previous administrative experience and confident customer service skills, particularly handling telephone queries.
- Familiar with software packages including Microsoft Office, with particular attention to Excel.
