PH Water & Air Technologies is seeking an experienced Ventilation Hygiene Engineer to join team. Ph Water & Air Technologies is a leading provider of ventilation and air quality services, dedicated to ensuring safe and healthy environments for commercial, industrial and residential properties. What you receive for joining us: We offer a competitive salary between £27,000 and £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, with 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, a financial loyalty bonus scheme, company vehicle, a company pension and healthcare along with other benefits we’d be happy to tell you about. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing: * Inspect, clean, and maintain ventilation systems, including kitchen extraction systems, ensuring they are free from harmful contaminants and compliant with fire safety standards * Inspect, test, and maintain fire dampers to ensure they are fully operational and meet all relevant safety regulations * Identify and report potential fire risks or safety issues within ventilation systems, contributing to overall fire prevention efforts * Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety standards in all aspects of the role Can you show experience in some of these areas? * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ventilation hygiene and fire damper testing, with industry-related qualifications and certifications including CSCS, IPAF, PLASMA, and Confined Space * Strong technical knowledge of ventilation systems, cleaning techniques, fire dampers, and testing procedures, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights, perform physically demanding tasks, and accurately complete electronic reports and record results during works * Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Introducing our organisation: Ph Water & Air Technologies; We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and supporting our team’s growth through ongoing training and development.
