You’ll play a vital role in building strong connections with new acquisitions and fostering relationships through influence and collaboration. Were looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our technology team, reporting into the CTO via the Enterprise Systems Programme Manager. This pivotal role will be responsible for preparing and supporting the onboarding of newly acquired companies onto our strategic platforms for Operations Management, Finance, and Human Resources. As Compliance Group continues to grow through acquisition, the successful integration of these companies onto our systems will be key to driving subsequent benefits and enhancing our overall group capability. Youll work closely with senior leaders across the business, product and project teams, and our third-party delivery partners to ensure smooth adoption of new platforms.
