Role Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across a range of business and compliance services.
- Manage and update client records.
- Respond to client enquiries by phone and email.
- Complete background checks, including fit and proper, criminal record and credit checks.
- Produce reports and maintain documentation to a high standard.
- Support the preparation of client correspondence and business documentation.
- Assist with data collection, reporting and record management activities.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- Previous administrative experience gained through work, education, volunteering or placements.

Location
