Complexus Care is recruiting experienced Female Support Workers to join a new team supporting a young female client with complex needs, including quadriplegic cerebral palsy (GMFCS 45), microcephaly, scoliosis, Reynaud's Syndrome and a gastrostomy. You will be required to drive the client's vehicle.
Bengali/Punjabi/Urdu speakers are encouraged to apply. The family use both English and Bengali at home; Bengali helps build trust and rapport, while strong English is essential for care delivery and documentation.
What You'll Do:
- Work day and night shifts on a rota (weekdays & weekends)
- Provide person-centred support at home and in the community
- Assist with activities such as shopping, cooking, baking, bowling, and more.
