We are currently recruiting for Care Managers to manage our complex clients living in their own homes. This role is based from home but you will be required to attend the office during your Induction Period and for any Management Meetings as and when required.
Complexus Care Limited is based in Kettering, Northamptonshire and is a successful CQC registered specialist complex care provider committed to ensuring that each of our clients receives the best possible high-quality person-centred care and support to live independently in the community and maximise their quality of life.
Complexus Care is proud to support various clients across the country, of all ages, with varied complex care needs, such as spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, motor neurone disease, tracheostomy care and clients requiring ventilator support.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
-provide effective leadership
-to have a good knowledge of CQC guidelines and ensure that continued CQC compliance is maintained
-to be part of the on-call service, on a rota basis, this will be in order to assist with clinically related matters, sickness and rota cover management and any other duties that will be part of the service we currently provide out of office hours
-work collaboratively with clients, family, other professionals and interested parties to enhance the quality of care delivered and offer support to our clients, managers and staff as needed
-promote safe working practice at all times
-meeting clients\’ clinical and rehabilitation needs as instructed by the Company
-to maintain client confidentiality and discretion and to operate in a professional and courteous manner at all times in professional dealings
-to attend office meetings as required
-effectively manage own workload, prioritising tasks and maintaining excellent written and verbal communication and record keeping
- maintain knowledge of client care plans
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION
You must have complex care experience.
You will be based from your own home but you will have a flexible approach to work as there will be travel involved, varied start times for your day, overnight stays may be necessary and the possibility of working weekends to meet business needs.
You will be a positive individual with a can-do attitude, good IT skills, self-motivated, reliable and resilient.
A full UK driving licence is ESSENTIAL and you must have access to your own car.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check WILL be required. If you have a DBS registered to the update service this would be advantageous.
