About the Role
At Complex Care Professionals, we specialise in providing highâquality home care that is tailored to each individualâs unique needs. This includes everything from personal care and medication support to assistance with mobility, nutrition, and promoting independence.
In this role, you will be working directly with clients in their own homes during the night, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and supported. You will be a trusted presence, helping them live with dignity and peace of mind, while making their nights more restful and secure.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Provide personal care and support, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor for any changes in health or behaviour.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when required.
- Prepare light meals/snacks and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by following hygiene standards.
- Keep accurate records and report any concerns or changes in condition.
What Weâre Looking For
- At least 6 months of previous care experience.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for travel to Bury, Whitefield, Prestwich, and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends when needed.
