About the Role
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be supporting an individual living with a spinal cord injury in the M26 area. This role is varied, hands-on, and highly rewarding, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference every day. You’ll be part of a small, supportive care team providing 24-hour assistance to ensure comfort, safety, and independence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Tracheostomy support (tube changes, suctioning, manual coughs).
- Support with breathing valves and oxygen monitoring.
- PEG feeding, hydration, and catheter care
- Working closely with healthcare professionals.

- At least 6 months’ previous care experience in the UK (essential).
- A caring and patient nature, with excellent communication skills.

- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts across days, nights, and weekends as part of a supportive care team.
