We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established logistics operation based in Southampton. This role involves multi-drop deliveries of kegs and beverage supplies to pubs, restaurants and hotels.

This is a Temp to Perm opportunity offering consistent weekday work with immediate starts available.

  • Role: HGV Class 2 Driver (Category C)
  • Contract Type: Temp to Perm
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Average 10-hour shifts
  • Driver's Mate: Provided

Standard Rate Weekday (Mon-Fri)

  • Basic Hourly Rate: £16.76
  • Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £19.04
  • Overtime: Not applicable

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing multi-drop deliveries.
  • Delivering kegs and beverage supplies to pubs, restaurants and hotels.
  • Working alongside a Driver's Mate.
  • Using a sack barrow and pump truck to assist with deliveries.
  • Ensuring all deliveries are accurate and accounted for.
  • Maintaining professional communication with customers and the transport team.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
  • Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply.
  • Reliable, flexible and professional attitude.
  • Comfortable with manual handling.
