HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER OFFICE RELOCATION / EDMONTON (N18)

We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a commercial office relocation operation based in Edmonton (N18). This role involves transporting and relocating office furniture and equipment as part of a team.

This is an ad-hoc opportunity suited to drivers who are comfortable with physical work and flexible shifts, including weekends. Immediate starts available.

PAY

Monday to Friday Standard Rate

Basic Hourly Rate: £19.00
Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £2.65
Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £21.65

Saturday Rate

Basic Hourly Rate: £20.00
Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £2.79
Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £22.79

Sunday Rate

Basic Hourly Rate: £21.00
Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £2.94
Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £23.94

Overtime: Not applicable
Pay Frequency: Weekly

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

Driving HGV Class 2 vehicles for office relocation projects
Loading and unloading office furniture and equipment
Working as part of a team (210 crew members)
Delivering and relocating goods to client premises
Securing loads safely for transport
Conducting daily vehicle checks
Completing paperwork accurately
Following EU driving regulations and Working Time Directive

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Valid CPC Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 6 penalty points xiskglj (no major endorsements)
Minimum 2 years HGV2 driving experience
Must have driven at least 180 days in the UK within the last 2 years
Physically fit (manual handling required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional and team-focused

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing
Good standard of written and spoken English
UK licence holder only
