We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for movie set trailer logistics based in Longcross. This role involves trailer swaps, deliveries and collections supporting TV and film productions. This is flexible, ad-hoc work, ideal for drivers seeking late and night shifts within a professional film production environment. Immediate starts available.
Role: HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E)
Contract Type: Temporary / Ad-Hoc (Work offered subject to production demand)
Shift Pattern: Late and Night shifts (varied start times)
Minimum Pay: 8 hours guaranteed per shift
PAY Standard Rate
- Monday to Saturday Basic Hourly Rate: £19.00
- Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £2.65
- Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £21.65
Sunday Rate
- Basic Hourly Rate: £21.00
- Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £2.94
- Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £23.94
Overtime: Not applicable
Pay Frequency: Weekly
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- HGV Class 1 driving for film and TV set logistics
- Completing trailer swaps, deliveries and collections
- Transporting movie set dressing room trailers
- Completing required paperwork and vehicle checks
- Adhering to EU driving and working time regulations
- Representing the client professionally on filming locations
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence (maximum 6 points)
- Valid CPC Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years HGV Class 1 experience
- Availability to complete assessment and induction prior to starting
- Previous movie set / production logistics experience desirable but not essential
- Professional, punctual and reliable
