We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Class 2 Driver (LGV Category C) to join our growing transport team based in Biggleswade. This is a full-time, permanent position operating within a busy pallet network environment, carrying out deliveries and collections of palletised freight. The role offers consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to join a supportive and well-established team. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out pallet network deliveries and collections in a safe and efficient manner.
- Complete daily vehicle walkaround checks and report any defects promptly.
- Some deliveries and collections may require the use of an electric pallet truck to manoeuvre palletised goods.
- Complete electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation accurately.
- Use company-approved smartphone applications for POD completion, vehicle checks, and transport-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and records throughout the working day.
