Role Description
This is a full time, on site Paralegal position based in the Liverpool area within the Car Finance/PCP Team. The role involves providing comprehensive legal and administrative support, including the supervised preparation of legal documentation, reviewing case materials and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Daily responsibilities include managing and maintaining case files from inception to conclusion, opening and closing files in accordance with firm procedures, responding to client enquiries, handling incoming calls, processing correspondence and ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and filed in line with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Day to day role will include
- Answering and making calls and managing the helpdesk
- Reviewing and answering emails and managing the enquiries inbox
- Reviewing and dealing with post
- Conducting file audits and file reviews
- Making DSARs and reviewing replies
- Making and assessing offers under supervision
- Reviewing and drafting claims for issuing court proceedings under supervision
- Assisting in all stages of post-litigation proceedings
