The Role:
As a Branch Nurse, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of outstanding clinical care across our services. You'll work closely with operational teams, healthcare professionals, and commissioners, acting as the clinical lead to maintain our high standards and enhance the lives of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out clinical assessments and develop care plans tailored to complex needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe, appropriate care delivery.
- Train, supervise, and assess competency of care staff in clinical procedures.
- Support safe and smooth hospital discharges and care package setups.
- Attend MDTs, CHC reviews, and safeguarding meetings.
- Manage electronic MAR charts and provide guidance on medication queries.
- Lead clinical audits and contribute to governance and quality improvement.
- Support rota planning to ensure safe staffing for new and ongoing packages.
