As our Branch Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality complex care services by:

  • Completing client assessments and care reviews
  • Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans and risk assessments
  • Conducting clinical observations, spot checks and quality assurance visits
  • Assessing and signing off staff competencies
  • Supporting care teams with complex clinical interventions
  • Delivering clinical supervision, coaching and guidance
  • Investigating incidents, safeguarding concerns and medication errors
  • Working closely with families, healthcare professionals and commissioners
  • Supporting the mobilisation of new care packages
  • Promoting best practice and maintaining high clinical standards across the service

The Skills and Experience We're Looking For

Essential

  • Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in community, domiciliary, complex care or continuing healthcare services
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and CQC requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable

  • Experience supporting clients with complex healthcare needs
  • Tracheostomy and ventilation experience
  • PEG and enteral feeding experience
  • End-of-life care experience
  • Experience delivering training and competency assessments
  • Previous clinical leadership experience
