Working alongside our Directors and Senior Leadership Team, you will be empowered to lead a high-performing service that delivers exceptional person-centred care while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and clinical governance. This role offers far more than day-to-day management. You will be a key contributor to service development, business growth and strategic planning as we continue to expand specialist community care services across the North West.
What You'll Be Doing. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop office and frontline care teams, ensuring safe staffing and high performance.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
- Oversee quality assurance, audits, incident management and continuous service improvement.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of complex and domiciliary care services, including care planning and risk management.
- Monitor operational performance and support service escalations when required.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Support business growth, service development and strategic objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
What We're Looking For Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Senior Manager within domiciliary care or community care services.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance requirements and quality standards.
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing operational performance, service quality and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience within complex care, continuing healthcare or specialist care services.
- Experience working with commissioners, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and healthcare professionals.
- Understanding of business development, service growth and commercial performance.
- Experience within nurse-led or clinically focused care environments.
