The Role
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our team in Burnley. You will support individuals with complex health needs, helping them to live safely and comfortably while promoting independence and dignity. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in delivering tailored care packages and building meaningful relationships with the people you support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality personal care and support
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily living tasks
- Supporting individuals with complex clinical needs (training provided)
- Administering medication (where required and trained)
- Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with service users and their families
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals
