At Complex Care Professionals, we deliver specialist person-centred care to individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own homes. Working closely with NHS partners, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), hospitals, and multidisciplinary teams, we support individuals transitioning from hospital to home, those requiring long-term complex care, and people receiving end-of-life support.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Branch Nurse, supporting services across Burnley, Tameside and Rochdale.
The Opportunity This is a varied and rewarding role that combines clinical leadership, assessment, governance, staff development, and service delivery.
You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive safe, effective, and high-quality care while supporting our healthcare assistants to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities As Branch Nurse, you will:
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
Undertake risk assessments and implement safe care strategies.
Support the mobilisation of new care packages and complex discharges from hospital.
Train, assess and sign off healthcare staff on clinical competencies.
Provide clinical leadership and ongoing support to operational teams.
Attend MDT meetings, safeguarding meetings and CHC reviews.
Oversee medication management and provide guidance on MAR chart queries.
Conduct audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Support workforce planning and safe staffing arrangements.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, clinical governance standards and company policies.
What We're Looking For Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
Experience within complex care, community nursing, domiciliary care, case management, end-of-life care or similar settings.
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
Knowledge of medication management and electronic MAR systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and commissioners.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Previous involvement in training and competency assessments.
Understanding of Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes
