We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our team in the Rochdale/Bury areas. You will support individuals with complex health needs, helping them to live safely and comfortably while promoting independence and dignity. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in delivering tailored care packages and building meaningful relationships with the people you support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality personal care and support
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily living tasks
- Supporting individuals with complex clinical needs (training provided)
- Administering medication (where required and trained)
- Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with service users and their families
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in care is desirable
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and undertake training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekends, days and nights available
