Complex Care Professionals is looking for an energetic, ambitious and inspirational Registered Manager to lead our Tameside service and play a key role in shaping the continued growth of our business. This is more than a day-to-day management role. Youll have real ownership leading our office and care teams, driving quality, ensuring CQC compliance and helping shape the future direction of the service. What youll be doing Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care Take ownership of quality, compliance and CQC requirements Oversee staffing, rotas, recruitment, training and performance Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, processes and effective systems Build strong relationships with clients, families, professionals and external stakeholders Work alongside the senior management team to deliver business objectives and support growth Be a visible, confident leader and the professional face of Complex Care Professionals What were looking for Were looking for someone who is people-focused, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about high-quality care . Youll need proven management experience, strong leadership skills and experience with care planning and rotas. A recognised management qualification such as NVQ Level 5, or a relevant nursing/social work qualification, is desirable. Candidates who have not yet achieved this may still be considered depending on their experience.
