The Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while helping to grow and develop our services. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, rota management, and the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care packages from referral through to delivery
  • Manage and optimise staff rotas (holidays, absence, coverage)
  • Recruit, onboard, and support care staff
  • Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and service quality
  • Conduct staff supervisions and support performance management
  • Participate in an on-call rota

About You

  • Experience in a domiciliary care coordination role (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
