Care Assistant

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans are essential for this role., * Assist our supported people with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Follow care plans meticulously to ensure each resident’s specific needs are met.

• Communicate effectively with supported people , families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on care and progress.

• Support with administration of medication

• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with supported people and team members.

• 6 months previous care experience gained in the UK

• Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication is an advantage.

• Ability to understand and implement individual care plans tailored to each supported persons needs.

• A valid driving licence is required along with use of your own vehicle

• A compassionate attitude towards caring for others and a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with supported people and their families.
