We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Children's Worker to join a highly respected therapeutic residential school in Witney, Oxfordshire. As a Residential Children's Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, structured, and therapeutic home environment, supporting children with emotional, behavioural, and social needs.
