Overview
Teaching Assistant (SEN) position in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Up to £130 per day (dependent on skills and experience). Closes: August 31, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Using strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and other colleagues.
- Provide tailored support to students in collaboration with the Class Teacher and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
- Assist in the delivery of engaging teaching and learning activities tailored to each student’s needs.
- Model best practices to foster successful learning and personal growth for young people.
- Support the mental, physical, social and cultural development of students, preparing them for adult life.
- Encourage and enable students to develop safer and more effective ways of communicating their needs.
