Responsibilities

  • Using strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and other colleagues.
  • Provide tailored support to students in collaboration with the Class Teacher and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
  • Assist in the delivery of engaging teaching and learning activities tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Model best practices to foster successful learning and personal growth for young people.
  • Support the mental, physical, social and cultural development of students, preparing them for adult life.
  • Encourage and enable students to develop safer and more effective ways of communicating their needs.
