Support Young People with Additional Needs
Completely Care Ltd are recruiting for Support Workers to help out working with young people who have additional needs!
We\’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, caring, and fun-loving individuals to support children and young people with a range of additional needs-including autism, complex needs, and Angelman Syndrome.
You\’ll be helping the young people learn independent life skills, explore new activities, and enjoy every day living.
- Supporting young people one-to-one or in small groups
- Encouraging independence through daily routines and life skills
- Getting stuck into fun activities: from arts & crafts to park days and sensory play
- Creating safe, positive, and engaging environments
- Building strong, trusting relationships with the young people and their families
- Energetic, patient, and ready to have fun
- Passionate about making a difference
- Confident in supporting young people with autism, complex needs, or communication differences
- A great communicator (verbal or non-verbal!)
- Reliable and ready to be part of an amazing team
- Experience with autism, additional needs, or Angelman Syndrome
- Knowledge of communication tools like PECS or Makaton
