Shifts: Days and nights
As a support worker you will:
- Manage documents and records to ensure they are up to date.
- Work in a person centred way, ensuring the needs of the client are at the core of the service you provide.
- Assist with moving and handling of the service users, operating equipment such as hoists in line with safety policies.
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as personal care, light domestic duties and meal times.
- Offer companionship and be a friendly face to the service users.
- Manage documents and records to ensure they are up to date.
Requirements:
- 6 months UK care experience.
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one.
- A caring personality and a strong desire to support others.
- All Wales manual handling passport
