We are looking for a Room Leader to work in a nursery based in Banbury. The salary is up to £28,000 depending on qualifications and experience. There are some great benefits such as on site parking, training, vouchers, childcare discounts and annual pay increases.
You must be qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare & Education and have previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Nurse and have experience working with toddlers. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, you get 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
You will be mentoring and supporting the team within your room to deliver great care and education to the children in your care. You will be creating a stimulating environment with engaging activities for the children across the indoor and outdoor environments within the nursery grounds. You will be creating good relationships with the staff, parents and management team reporting on both staff and children's ongoing learning progress.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in childcare, providing care and support to the under 5s and creating a fun and happy environment for the children to play and learn. The role includes play work, activities, support with feeding, personal care and supporting the staff team with daily tasks and reporting.
