We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in Learning Disability and Mental Health to join our team in Oxford. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, working flexibly to meet the needs of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable agency, offering ongoing regular hours, including days and sleep-ins, with a competitive hourly rate of £32-£37 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, and delivering individualised care plans
  • Administering medications
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to service users
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members
  • Building strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues

Required Skills & Experience

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • Qualification in Learning Disability and Mental Health Nursing
  • Experience working in a similar setting
  • Strong understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions
  • Ability to work flexibly, think critically, and make sound judgements
