About the Role


As a Nursery Practitioner in Reading, you will:



  • Support children’s learning and development following the EYFS framework

  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for ages 0–5

  • Assist with routines and deliver play‑based learning activities

  • Work alongside permanent nursery staff to maintain high standards of care

  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues


What We’re Looking For



  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)

  • Previous nursery or preschool experience

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS

  • Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to obtain

  • Flexible, professional approach and ability to travel to different settings
