The Role
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5
- Assist with daily routines and contribute to creative, play-based learning activities
- Work closely with permanent nursery staff to maintain high standards of care and education
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting
- A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A professional, caring, and flexible approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Willingness to travel to different nursery locations as needed
