About the Role
As a Senior Housing Support Officer, you will provide tailored support to individuals with complex needs, helping them sustain their housing and improve their quality of life. Your role will involve working closely with tenants, housing providers, and other support services to ensure a holistic approach to housing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals at risk of tenancy breakdown.
- Develop and implement personalised support plans.
- Work in partnership with external agencies, including social services, healthcare providers, and local authorities.
- Offer guidance on budgeting, tenancy rights, and accessing community resources.
- Conduct regular home visits and maintain accurate case records.
