Overview

Nursery Nurse position in Southampton. Flexible work options with full-time and part-time roles available. Open to experienced qualified nursery workers and individuals who have just completed Early Years qualifications. Role based in a day nursery, supporting children up to 5 years old.

Responsibilities

Offer a caring environment for the children
Be fun, inspiring, and encourage positive behaviours
Design stimulating activities indoors and outdoors
Be highly motivated and creative
Help with meal times and nap times
Support the team in keeping the nursery clean and tidy

Requirements / Suitable candidates

Experience as a nursery worker, nanny, childminder, babysitter, or caring for young children
Essential: suitable Early Years qualifications
Open to Level 2 nursery assistants and unqualified nursery assistants

Employment details

Salary: £ – £ / hour (flexible depending on role)

Location: Southampton area

Shift pattern: Shifts arranged around availability; usual start and finish times to be confirmed with client

Additional information: We offer flexible hours, and may have other opportunities if shorter hours are required. Opportunities to work as part of a team in a modern nursery.
