We are seeking an experienced and confident Registered Nurse to work on an agency basis within a residential children's service in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role supporting children and young people with complex health needs, while working flexibly through agency placements. This role provides clinical leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality, and evidence-based nursing care. You will lead and support a team of nurses, maintain regulatory compliance and inspection readiness, and work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight of nursing practice
