Hours: Day shifts between 7am–8pm

Pay: £14-£15 per hour

Completely Care is working with a well-established supported living site in Monmouth to find dedicated support workers!

What the Role Involves:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals in their homes, the local community and supported living sites
  • Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Encouraging independence and community engagement
  • Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months UK based experience in supported living or community-based care
  • A current enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
  • Manual handling experience and training, with the ability to safely lift and transfer residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
