Completely Care is working with a well-established supported living site in Monmouth to find dedicated support workers!
What the Role Involves:
- Providing person-centred support to individuals in their homes, the local community and supported living sites
- Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Encouraging independence and community engagement
- Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
- Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months UK based experience in supported living or community-based care
- A current enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- Manual handling experience and training, with the ability to safely lift and transfer residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
