We are looking for a Nursery Manager to work in a nursery based in South Oxfordshire. The salary is up to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The nursery would also be willing to train someone with experience as a Deputy Manager to become a Manager, providing a great opportunity for career progression.
Responsibilities:
- The role is full time working 40 hours per week.
- You will work alongside the area managers to ensure a smooth handover within the nursery.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, budgets, staffing, intake of children, and safeguarding.
- You will be responsible for the recruitment of staff and appraisals, as well as running team meetings and training courses.
Qualifications:
- You must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in childcare and education; further qualifications would be advantageous.
- You will ensure that the children have a safe and happy environment to thrive in and that the nursery is managed in line with company policy and OFSTED requirements.

- The successful candidate will have some experience working within a management team.
