We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, inclusive school in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This temporary, weekday role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students' learning and development, offering a work schedule without weekend commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students across various subjects
- Assist with classroom activities, homework, and exam preparation
- Help set and monitor personalized learning targets
- Deliver tailored interventions to meet individual student needs
- Support educational activities both on-site and off-site
- Act as a key worker for designated pupils
- Contribute to lunch, break, and cover duties
