Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule? We’re currently recruiting experienced Early Years professionals to support a range of nurseries across the Lechlade‑on‑Thames area on a flexible agency basis.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll be supporting children aged 0–5 in warm and welcoming nursery settings. You’ll help create a positive and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn through play.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and age‑appropriate activities
- Supporting children’s development in line with EYFS
- Assisting with personal care, including feeding and changing
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and caring environment
- Working collaboratively with nursery teams and communicating effectively with parents
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
- Knowledge of EYFS and child development
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
