Overview

Qualified Early Years Practitioner – Join Our Passionate Team! Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Term-Time or All Year Round). Salary: From £25, to £27,215 / Year.

The Role

  • Full-time: hours/week (8am–4pm + one evening shift weekly on rotation)
  • Work alongside qualified professionals in a dynamic and engaging environment
  • Term-time only or year-round options available

About You

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (required)
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality early years education
  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent preferred)
  • A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
