Role Overview:
As a Care Worker, you’ll be delivering person-centred care and support to service users. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and mobility

Performing manual handling duties using appropriate equipment ( hoists, slide sheets)

Supporting with meals, medication prompts, and companionship

Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life

Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the care team

You will be a vital part of someone’s day, helping them live with dignity and respect.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months UK experience in care work

Manual handling training and confidence using equipment

A caring, empathetic, and professional attitude

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills
