Salary: Competitive rates £13.85-£14.65

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and support to service users in line with individual care plans
- Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal support, and mobility

- Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months\’ care experience in the UK (in any care setting)
- A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
- Willingness to travel to different locations within Cardiff
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (can be arranged if needed)
- Practical manual handling certificate
