Care Assistant

Location: Melksham

Completely Care is a trusted provider of compassionate care services across Wiltshire. We are currently seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. This unique role is ideal for individuals with a calm and respectful manner, who are passionate about providing consistent, high-quality care. Note this is a female only service.

Responsibilities

• Providing respectful and attentive personal care, tailored to individual needs
• Assisting with medication, meal preparation, and eating support
• Encouraging and enabling participation in daily activities and gentle companionship
• Supporting mobility and physical comfort with a caring, gentle approach
• Helping maintain a tidy, welcoming environment with light domestic tasks
• Fostering consistency and familiarity in routines to promote comfort and stability
• Demonstrating a calm and peaceful presence

About You

• Experience in care, particularly in personal support and companionship, is preferred
• A kind, patient, and composed demeanor is essential
• Strong communication and teamworking skills
• Good availability and reliability to maintain consistent care for residents
