Pay: £14–£15 per hour

Completely Care is a trusted provider of compassionate care across Wiltshire. We are seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a calm and respectful manner who are passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality care. Please note: this is a female-only service.

Role Overview
As a Care Assistant in this serene and spiritual setting, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of residents. You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily routines and medications, support mealtimes, and facilitate gentle activities that enhance residents’ day-to-day life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive and respectful personal care tailored to each resident’s needs
Assist with medication, meal preparation, and eating support
Encourage participation in daily activities and offer gentle companionship
Support mobility and ensure physical comfort with a caring approach
Help maintain a tidy, welcoming environment through light domestic tasks
Promote consistency in routines to enhance comfort and stability
Maintain a calm and reassuring presence at all times
About You

Previous experience in care, particularly in personal support and companionship, is preferred
Kind, patient, and composed demeanor essential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable with good availability to provide consistent care
