We are currently recruiting enthusiastic TAs in Cardiff to work in a range of primary and secondary settings, with both mainstream and SEN (Special Educational Needs) placements available.
About the Role
- Provide one-to-one or group support to pupils within the classroom
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment
- Help implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Support students with additional learning needs, including those with autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties
- Encourage engagement, independence, and progress in pupils’ learning
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with children (in schools or similar settings)
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2 / 3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
