Completely Care is recruiting experienced Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support a range of nurseries across Chineham, Basingstoke, and the surrounding Hampshire areas. If you’re an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Childcare Professional looking for flexible work, we can offer shifts to suit your availability.

Your role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
You’ll support children’s learning through play, assist with daily routines, and plan engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You’ll complete observations, support children’s individual development, and work alongside experienced nursery teams to provide high‑quality childcare.

Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approachGood understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
