Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each child or young person.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, education, and engaging activities.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and social development through play, learning, and community participation.

About You:
- Naturally caring and compassionate, with a genuine passion for supporting young people.

- Confident in assisting with routines and day-to-day practical tasks.
- Experience in childcare, education, youth work, or support is desirable (but not essential).
- A driving licence is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative, empathetic, and motivated to engage students with diverse needs.
- Previous experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is an advantage.
- Willingness to complete personal care and manual handling training if required.
